I changed my mind and decided to cancel my booking within 24 hours. if you do so the website doesn't charge fees, but all of a sudden they sent me an email stating that I had to pay a full amount as a fee.
I was like WHAAAAT? No way.
Took me 5 days to resolve this issue and to keep my money to myself. They just wanted to swindle me out of a thousand dollars.
