I sent in details for payment of an item which i did not receive on contacting them and sending an email receipt they stated that they could not find the order and to reorder. They say I cannot get my money back or have funds sent back into my account.
Moreover, they are not genuine psychics.
Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.
