Best Denkipoor service & product faulty

I bought lg 55" 3d led tv from best denki utama on 16 aug 2012. They delivered the tv on 18 aug 2012.
After 3 days I found vertical line appeared on the screen and horizontal line runing from top to the bottom of the screen. I called the sales person to informed him about the problem. They tried to avoid getting into trouble and they requested me to deal with lg customer service as the tv still under warranty. After this exprienced I will never purchase any goods from best denki one utama.

    Hi. My name is jenny. I am a long-time customer here. I want to complain about a Korean girl. She name is Ruby. She work at iPhone department at the best denki takashimaya. She always playing the phone and no manners with the customer. i don’t like to see her at takashimaya best denki any more.Thanks

    I purchased a MacBook Air last Friday at the IT Show, very bad experience. Last Friday I went down to the IT Show, looking for the Apple Macbook. When I was hesitating to whether purchase a MacBook Air for 128gb or 256gb storage, Best Denki’s sales girl approached me. She ask me what is my usage for the laptop, and replied her "I am using the laptop for work, and free time I always download a lot of Movie, photo and music at iTunes”. She keep advise me a few times to get Macbook Air with 128gb storages, and ensure me whatever I download on the iTunes (Music, apps, movie or photo) will not affect the storage in the laptop. And a new Macbook user, I believe Best Denki sales girl advise because I believe their have professional training with the products. So end up I getting the MacBooks Air, 128gb storage and go home. However I realise and also confirm with Apple Singapore, if I am downloading iTunes in the laptop and also downloading more Movie, music, photo and application inside. It is taking a lot of storage from the computer, and 128gb is definitely not enough. So I called to Best Denki feedback Center and ask for help, exchange the laptop to 256gb storage. A lady name ”Ms Jhenice” told me I have to pay other 10% repacking fee if I require to change. But I told her the reason I purchased this storage is because of the “wrong information” given by Best Denki’s staff. But she still insists I have to pay the 10% repacking fee. After explaining a few times, I am very unhappy and disappointed with what she replies. So I think maybe she might not be able to make the decision, I request her to transfer the phone to someone else that able to listen to my inquire and help me on this. I feel that I already told the Best Denki staff my concern and usage before buying the Macbook, Best Benki shouldn’t advise me the wrong information. And now still wanted to charge me another 10% repacking fee, which totally can’t be accepted. But she only told me, she is still insisting to charge me the 10% repacking fee. Refuse to let me speak to any other staff and hung up my call. I am really VERY DISAPPOINTED in Best Denki after sales service. And this lady who is so rude to the consumer. I hope the management is able to see this post and assist me on my inquiry. Thank you
