They did not contact me regarding my car being repossessed. Said they sent a certified letter, yes they did but it was sent to the apartment building, not my resident, plus they had no return of service . I am paying over $899 for two and bank fees. If I was notified this wouldn't of happened. I want my money refunded. They can keep loan fee, . This is totally a sneaky under handed scam.

Bay Country Financial Services finance

Frank Gannon has no people skills. He is rude and insults his customers. It doesn't matter what we may all be carrying on our shoulders we all have crosses to bear, but it doesn't give us the right to treat them any differently than we expect to be treated. I do not recommend doing business with this company. Frank Gannon may have the power to give, but if you don't know what will set him off then just think about what he could do if he could take it away. If you go here I'd watch your back!

Bay Country Financial Services 2013 Chevy Equinox

On July 4th 2017, I came out my house to go to my place of work only to find my car missing, A 2013 Chevy Equinox that I just got from Auction paid in full. I was shocked and disturbed at the same time; first of all I had to call out from work and then called 911 to file a report that my car has being stolen. The cops told me after listening to my report that a car that match that description was reported repossessed from my area around 3 am that morning that I should call Bay country financial, I was surprised because I didn't get the car through any finance company, but anyway to cut the long story short, I couldn't get through to Bay country financial till the next day 5th of July due to holiday. So on the 5th of July, I called to asked why my car was taken from my home without my permission as I have no business with Bay country financial. I was told by a female representative that my car has being repossessed, I told her there must have being a misunderstanding because I bought the car from auction and the seller was capital one and not even Bay country financial, and that it was not financed but paid for in full with cash. She disagreed, telling me the car was Bay country financial property and that they were the one financing the car since. After series of phone calls and emails showing proofs upon proofs that the car was actually mine and that I was telling the truth about buying the car from auction, the lady from Bay country financial said " oh so... we have review your documents and finally concluded that we might have repossessed the wrong car and will tow the car back maybe tonight or tomorrow ". I was like, are you kidding me, after taken my car from my home for nearly 2 days already, you're still thinking about when to return it back to me? The lady on the phone said, "Well... it's not our fault, its capital one's fault" and then she dropped the call. This is so unheard of, is it the wrongful repossession of my car or the physical damages incurred on the car after it was returned. I've never seen anything like this in my whole life.

Bay Country Financial Services Loan

Do yourself a favor and don't even bother. They are are there worst bunch of degenerates I've ever seen. Bottom feeders. Giving out loans with the intent to reposses your car. We've paid them thousands of dollars on an originally 1500 loan. These clowns repossesed or car for 200$ nobody has customers service, manners, or home training. Just a group of Glen Burnie trash thrown together to rob people. If you need a classy company if your in a bind, do yourself a favor and go to lendmark, where you at least need a high school diploma to work there.

Bay Country Financial Services Loan Company

I know people use this company as a last resort myself included. They are modern day loan sharks, who make money from people who are desperate at the time and prey on ppl who are least able to afford the fees and rates required to repay the original amt of your loan. Please be aware. Try all other options before using this company for any financial needs. Originally I borrowed $4, 000.00 by the time the loan I've repaid this loan I would have paid over $9, 000.00. I had medical bills etc to pay had exhausted my savings and had no choice but agree to the outrageous repayment terms. Also, my vehicle was reposed early on for 1 missed payment in the amt of $287.00 and fees along with the tow company charges to redeem my vehicle was over $1000, 00. My experience with Bay Country, has been a learning experience, my purpose of filing a complaint is to make people aware that companies like this one, which seems to be a god sent at first even though you know at the time while your signing your name on the dotted line and turing over your car title it doesn't feel right. But you do it because you are out of choices and Bay Country banks on that and laughs all the way to the bank at poor people's expenses. PLEASE FIND OTHER OPTIONS😂

Please I pray someone from BBB, looks into this company and their lending practices and repayment, fees, finance and repayment amount of the original loan amt is upwards of double/triple the amt of loan. In most cases the owners vehicles are reposes and customers are charged outrageous fees etc to redeem their property.

Bay Country Financial Services Get Over 4 Sure

January of 2011 I needed emergency funds and was told about this title loan company. I got a $2000 loan and my payments were $169.29. I unfortunately fell behind on my payments and my vehicle was repossessed. I called and was told to submit a $500 payment that went towards the repossession. I went in person to pay and indicated I needed to know how to retrieve my vehicle back. I was told that they had no intentions of selling my vehicle and to call back in two days. The receipt I was given had the $500 payment other- 75.00; late charge- 216.00; interest- 209.00 with a balance of 3501.76. Two days later I called and spoke to the same guy and was told the repo office was closed and to call back the next business day. I called the next business day and was quoted "I need to pay the loan off in full $4471.10 to get my vehicle back. To include $1025.00 repo/storage fees. I flipped out. How could a 2000 loan jump to $3501.76 and then to $4471.10 within a week. I asked about payment arrangements as well as possibly refinancing of the $2000 loan when I was there in person, they refused to do it. Now I am sitting here feeling like I have been taken advantage of totally. I cannot believe that fact that I am willing to pay to get back on track but they refuse to allow me to have my car back and continue with my $169.29 payments. I was told that due to my delinquency, I had to pay the loan it full. It's crazy, they could not tell me to my face because they knew I was being scammed from the get. The guy knew they had no intentions on allowing me to retrieve my vehicle when I inquired about it in person. I feel like it is the enough when you have an emergency and these so called lenders are suppose to help. But in all actuality they are there to hurt you even more. My vehicle was paid for and if I had an inkling that this would have happened to me I would in no way in hell have gotten any money from these crazies. They are asking me to bring in $340.00 to hold my vehicle, yet I am told it is costing $2.34 a day in interest and 25.00 day. Where does a person get $5000 from when the economy is in the state it is in?. Finally, I have heard two stories where customers were allowed to bring their account current and vehicles were returned but in my case they want the loan paid off in full. Some one there probably has their eye on my vehicle. Its not fair and something needs to be done about ripoffs like this. I want my vehicle back! Please help...time is of essence.

Bay Country Financial Services - Loans

BORROWER BEWARE! I was in a situation and had to come up with $1, 000.00 immediately. My friend told me about this company that did title loans. This company gives title loans with the intention of repossessing your car! They are quick to give title loans which supposingly are at 24%...then they sneak all this insurance (Personal property on the contents of...
