Baxter Boo Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Experience at BaxterBoo

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience at BaxterBoo. I mean, I don't wanna be too harsh, but their customer service was just plain rude. I had a question about my order and when I called to ask, the person on the other end was super condescending and acted like I was an idiot. Not cool, man.

And don't even get me started on the shipping. It took forever for my stuff to arrive and when it finally did, half of it was damaged. Like, come on, BaxterBoo, get your act together.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them unless you're prepared to be treated like crap. There are plenty of other online stores out there that actually value their customers and don't make you feel like a total loser. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

Baxter Boo Disappointing Experience with BaxterBoo: Incorrect Sizing and Delayed Refund

I gotta tell ya, I had a pretty rough experience with BaxterBoo. I was lookin' to get my pups some winter jackets, so I went ahead and ordered two from their website. I made sure to use their size chart to get the right measurements and all that jazz. But when the jackets arrived, they were way too small in the chest - like, four inches too small! Can you believe it?

So I had to go through the hassle of returning them, which cost me $13.00. And now, I'm still waitin' on my refund. It's been a while, and I'm startin' to get a little antsy.

Overall, I'm not too thrilled with BaxterBoo. I mean, I understand that mistakes happen and all, but this was a pretty big one. And the fact that I had to pay to return the jackets just adds insult to injury. I don't think I'll be orderin' from them again anytime soon.

Baxter Boo Disappointing Experience with BaxterBoo - Slow Exchange Process and Poor Customer Service

So, I bought a harness for my Lhasa Apso from BaxterBoo. I got a medium size, but it didn't fit my dog. I returned it for a large size over five weeks ago, but I haven't heard anything back yet. I'm pretty disappointed with the whole experience. This is my first time shopping with BaxterBoo, and it's definitely going to be my last. I wish I had read some of the negative reviews before I placed my order.

I don't know what's taking so long for them to process my exchange. It's been over a month, and I still haven't received any updates. I'm starting to wonder if they even got my return. I tried reaching out to their customer service, but I haven't gotten a response yet. It's frustrating because I really need a harness for my dog, and I don't want to have to go through the hassle of finding another one.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with my experience with BaxterBoo. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, especially if you're in a hurry to get your order. It's a shame because they have a lot of cute stuff on their website, but their customer service is just not up to par. If you're thinking about shopping with them, I'd suggest doing some research first and reading reviews from other customers.

Baxter Boo Disappointing Experience with BaxterBoo: False Advertising and Hidden Fees

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with BaxterBoo. I mean, I was all excited to get some new pet gear, and they were advertising this sweet deal with 20% off and free shipping. But when I went to check out, I found out that the free shipping only applied if I spent at least 49 bucks. And as for that 20% off? Nowhere to be found.

I was pretty bummed out, especially since I had seen some bad reviews of the company on the Better Business Bureau and other sites. I mean, I don't want to support a business that's not treating its customers right, you know?

So yeah, I'm not buying from BaxterBoo anymore. It's just not worth the hassle.

Baxter Boo Disappointing Return Policy Experience with BaxterBoo - Won't Shop There Again

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with BaxterBoo. I don't think I'll be shopping there again anytime soon. The return policy is just terrible. I mean, sure, they say on the phone that you can return stuff within a year, but what they don't tell you is that you need to keep the tags. I mean, come on, who keeps tags for a whole year? I certainly don't.

So, I bought a couple of sweaters for my dog and tried them on him. They didn't fit quite right, so I decided to return them. But when I called BaxterBoo, they told me I couldn't get a refund or even a store credit because I didn't have the tags anymore. I mean, seriously? The sweaters were never even worn, just tried on.

Anyway, I learned my lesson. I'll be sure to keep all the tags from now on, but I still think BaxterBoo could have been a little more understanding. I mean, it's not like I was trying to scam them or anything. I just wanted to return some stuff that didn't work out. Oh well, I guess I'll just have to find a different place to shop for my pup.

Baxter Boo Disappointing Experience with BaxterBoo: Toys Not Meant for Chewing and Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta tell ya, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with BaxterBoo. I mean, I bought my dog a toy that looked like it could handle some serious chewing, but it only lasted a measly four days! Can you believe that? And when I reached out to their customer service team, they basically told me that their toys weren't meant for chewing. Like, what the heck? Why isn't that noted anywhere on their site?

I was pretty frustrated, to say the least. I mean, what is a dog supposed to do with a toy if they can't chew on it? Just look at it? Come on, BaxterBoo, get it together!

To make matters worse, when I asked for a refund, they only offered me a gift certificate. Like, seriously? Do they think I'm ever going to buy from them again after this experience? No way, Jose.

Honestly, if you're thinking about buying from BaxterBoo, I would recommend going with Amazon instead. At least with Amazon, you know you're getting quality products and customer service that actually cares about their customers. As for BaxterBoo, well, let's just say I won't be shopping with them again anytime soon.

Baxter Boo BaxterBoo Review: Poor Customer Service and Delivery Time, No Refund Received

So, I was looking for some cool stuff for my dog and stumbled upon BaxterBoo. I thought it was a good place to shop because of their website design and the variety of products they offer. I placed my order and waited patiently for it to arrive. However, it took more than 14 days for my order to arrive, which was quite frustrating.

I tried calling them several times, but no one answered. Finally, I got hold of a guy named Alex who claimed to be the top dog there. He transferred me to their "manager" Josh, who never returned my voicemails. I was disappointed with their customer service, and I wished I had read the reviews before placing my order.

When I finally received my order, I realized that it was not what I had expected. So, I decided to return it and get a refund. But, unfortunately, I never got my refund. I tried calling them again, but Alex was extremely rude on the phone. I was so disappointed with their service that I decided never to shop from them again.

I have a lot of followers on Instagram, and I made sure to let all of them know about my experience with BaxterBoo. I even gave them credit for getting their name right - Baxter Boo, as in no good. I hope they improve their customer service and delivery time because they have a lot of potential. But until then, I would advise everyone to stay away from them.

Baxter Boo Beware of High Return Fees and Poor Customer Service at BaxterBoo

I recently made a purchase from BaxterBoo and had a bit of a frustrating experience. I placed my order with the help of a customer service representative, but unfortunately, I received the wrong item. When I tried to return it, I was hit with a hefty shipping fee of almost $20, and then another $14.95 to return it. That's a total of $35 for absolutely nothing!

I decided to give their customer service a call to see if they could help me out, but all they offered was a measly $10 coupon for my next purchase. Needless to say, I wasn't too thrilled with that offer and won't be shopping with them again.

It's a shame because I had heard good things about BaxterBoo before, but this experience definitely left a bad taste in my mouth. I would caution other potential customers to be aware of the potential for mix-ups and high return fees before making a purchase.

Baxter Boo Frustrating Experience with BaxterBoo: Prescription Dog Food Delayed for Over Three Weeks

I had a pretty frustrating experience with BaxterBoo. I ordered some prescription dog food and ended up waiting over three weeks for it to arrive. Apparently, they had just started working with a new distribution company and nobody seemed to know what was going on. I talked to a few different customer service reps and got conflicting messages from all of them. It was pretty clear that they weren't well trained or informed about the situation.

I tried to get some answers from the manager, Alex, but he was completely unresponsive. I'm not sure what his deal is, but he definitely doesn't want to be bothered. To make matters worse, I got two requests to review the company before I even received the product. That just seemed like a slap in the face.

After waiting for so long and dealing with so much frustration, I ended up just canceling the order. I wouldn't recommend BaxterBoo to anyone. It's a shame, because I've heard good things about them in the past, but this experience was just terrible.

Baxter Boo BaxterBoo Review: False Advertising of Size Charts and Poor Customer Service

So, I recently purchased a product from BaxterBoo and I must say, I was not impressed with my experience. I ordered a shirt for my furry friend and followed the size chart provided on the product page. I even measured my dog twice to make sure I got the right size. I even ordered a size up because my dog was on the borderline of two sizes. However, when the shirt arrived, it was so small that it wouldn't even fit over my dog's head! I was so disappointed.

To make matters worse, there was a tag on the shirt with a completely different size chart than the one provided on the product page. I was shocked and frustrated. I reached out to BaxterBoo customer service and they only offered me a credit for my return, which was not what I wanted. I was hoping for a refund, but it seems like that was not an option.

I must warn others to be careful when ordering from BaxterBoo and to not trust their size charts. It seems like they may be false advertising their products. I hope that they can improve their sizing guidelines and provide more accurate information to their customers in the future. Until then, I will be hesitant to order from them again.

Baxter Boo What a joke

I've purchased two winter outfit for my dog and my order arrived in a timely manner but one outfit was incorrect. When I contacted Baxter Boo customer service and asked for a replacement they said that the one I wanted was not in stock. Then I asked for a refund but they refused and gave me a gift card instead! What a joke! I don't need it because I'm never buying anything from them again. They can keep their gift card to themselves!

Baxter Boo Awful stuff and seller doesn't provide full refund

I bought few things from the company www.baxterboo.com. It was really bad experience, ‘coz these jerks scammed me. I got it on time, but when I opened the package, it turned out that the quality was horrible. I immediately contacted the rep and told that I wanted to get full refund and returned the order. The seller told me that I could return the order and he would return the full sum and for return postage as well. I returned the purchase and never heard from this ### again. Crap. Please, help me return my money back.

Baxter Boo customer servive reunds

***avoid***worst online store ever.

Terrible customer service, horrible return policy.

They sized their life preservers for dogs giving breeds...I had both of the breeds listed, both arrived too large, it was not their fault.

A cot bed that skidded across the porch when my 15lb dog tried to get on, told that is not a defect i can put a pad under the cot. No refund..And it never said that before i paid.

Just getting this bad news took 4 emails and 6 calls.

This is a rinky dink little business. Everything they sell is on ebay and amazon or overstock and cheaper.

They could not care less that i was unhappy.

I ordered some clothes for my dog from www.baxterboo.com. I received the order quickly, but it was completely different things. I contacted the customer services and the agent agreed to change it. After that I returned it and waited for the info. After 2 weeks the seller finally replied and told that my order was sold out and he offered me other things. I agreed, but I still haven’t received it, but I spoke with the seller 4 weeks ago. Maybe someone can help me.
