Baskin-Robbins / customer service /answering the phone

I called on February 2, 2019 at 11:42 am to speak to a supervisor about a cake order. The supervisor had sent me an email about the cake and I wanted to ask another question. Therefore, I called the store to see if the supervisor was in for the day. The male employee refuse to give his name and hanged up after saying the suoervisor wasnt there. I called again at 11:43 am and the male employee stated I dont have time for this I have customers and a long line and hanged up again. This is a poor reflection on baskin robbins and I will be informing others of the customer service here.

    I bet if you were one of the customers in line you would be complaining that he is on the phone with customers. People like you think that the world revolves around them.

    He sent you an email about your order and you still had another question?
