Palatine, IL Baskin Robbins on Dundee Rd.
The last time going there was 10/27/26 at 10pm.
The past 4 times that I have been there, there is no hot fudge available.
The man working there proceeded to put caramel all over sundae. I told him it did not look like caramel, and he said it was; I asked him to look at the other receptacle where the hot fudge was and it was empty. This last time I called ahead to check if hot fudge available; the woman said no but if I wait 20 minutes she will heat some up. I came there 30 min.later, no hot fudge, no nuts. I waited 30 minutes longer for her to heat up hot fudge. At least they did not charge me after waiting so long! Will never go there again, will drive 10 minute further for good location.

They do not need new manager and employees; you should stop going there. If they did not charge you hopefully you gave back the ice cream.

Since you said last time you are going there, why do you care if they get new management? The fact that you took the ice cream that you were not charged for shows that you cannot afford to pay for it. Applying to work there can help you since you think you know how to do the job.
