- huge harassment in Passport Section because a real ##### deals the passport issues (forgot his name "some sackline"!?). Sometimes that guy talks over 30 mins and most of his story is about his Harvard going daughter (probably a lie). He pretends to be a helping guy but a real hypocrite and a true representative of a highly corrupted country.

- No concept of Equality .. never provides equal services for each. their services, attitude varies a lot depending on Personal Relation. You can except an exceptional favor (even though it's against rules) if you have a Personal Link.. that's what always happen in that super corrupted country...
Last year i also faced same problem in passport section. The people Sackline did misbehave with me, even though i introduced myself.
Ya I agree with you.. Visa Section is better because they mainly deals with Japanese people. The Passport Section is the worst (because they deals with poor Bangladeshi and they feel no shy to show their ugly corrupted face there..).. I also faced that guy Manjur Sackline.. no one miss his daughter's Harvard story.. LOL..I call him Harvard Papa in Bangladesh Embassy Tokyo... LOL..
