Hii I am living in sunny enclave h no near greenwood residency sec 125

There is no water supply from last 3 days... It's very deficult for to manage without water.. No body bothered.. Today is 4 th day without water we purchase water from market for kitchen and others house chores... Plss check where is the problem... As a human being pls try to understand our problem 🙏 it's very big problem we r waiting whole day for water.. Waiting for water at night till 3 am plss do needful... Resolved this problem as soon as possible... Plsss humble request...

Hi we are resident of house num 8404 sector 125 sunny enclave. We are facing water supply issue from last 4 days . We are not having even a single drop of water and we tried calling water tower guy named sham so many times but he never listens to our problem. He just keeps on saying water is coming you try. We asked him to check the main supply connection once but there is no attention from his side. Please resolve this issue as from last 4 days we are not getting water supply.

From last few days there is a lot of power issues in sunny enclave.

Last 2 days(26th april 2022 and 27th april 2022) there is no power whole night.

Even if power is there, AC's are not taking load because of low voltage.

These issues should be resolved soon, its very frustrating and weather is also very hot

I would like to appreciate your plans & your efforts for our city or nation, You should feel shame what the hell you are doing, We all do work hard & want some peaceful sleep, but you guys always cut electricity at same time, just [censored] off!

I dont know what's going in the sunny enclave. The water is not coming from last two weeks. Do I need to envolve high authority on this issue as I am known person of Chandigarh governer council BP singh badnoor. Please have a look on it as soon as possible it may be big concern in the coming future for us and may be issue for all of them to make a bad review on social media

People out there ! Beware of this company and their properties. They have cheated many people for their hard earned money . So they doing this to me . I am way too much harassed and frustrated by these people .

I Booked Flat with them in 2012 of 74 A . They were unable to deliver the project to people as that was not approved project . I demanded my refund from them and they cancelled my Agreement and issued me three cheques. Each of the cheque have bounced 4 time already and each time bank have deducted 250 charge from money account . Today i went again in their office and met MR Tinku in their account department and Kavita . They came up with another lame excuse reason for not getting the cheques cleared . I been so much harassed by these crooks/ Fraudulent company. I have left no other way than file case on them and get my hard earned money back from them.

I am writing this review to let people know that beware if you buying anything form them . They have many misleading cases, illegal selling techniques and selling the same property twice/thrice to other people.

I also encourage people who are already been harassed by them to post review for them online so new buyer should come to know what happening in Bajwa developer LTD and want this forum to help out get my hard earned money.

i lived in sunny enclave sector-125 mundi kharar mohali from last b1.5years and i faced not only me

approx all the sunny enclave residential faced a same problem.. there is no

proper arrangemnet of water and electricity today is 22-jul-2012 and from last

two days water is not coming in houses and our water tanks are empty there is no

water for washing toilet hands and in the case of electricity there is no proper

voltage provide voltage comes only 100 to 150watts all the time and so many

electricity cutts done some time electricity not comes whole day...

i more thing bajwa developers have not the map or infrastructure of water supply

in sunny enclave sector-125 kharar i thinks it is illegal...
and bajwa developers are providing electricity on high rates 1unit-Rs-8 but after

paying high rate of electricity i m not getting a proper electricity actually

problem is that bajwa avail the electricity from PSEB in limited voltage for

example-- bajwa gets a input 300voltage but he will provide 600voltage to sunny

enclave people so in this example it is clearly shows electricity voltage is half

to every people

NOTE- water and electricity problem are in whole sunny enclave

plz take the serious action against it, , , so people of sunny enclave will live

better in future
