Axis Bank Credit Card / charges for late payment

i have a credit card 0f axis bank imade payment regularly on time drop cheque in nearby chandani chowk DELHI branch but this time they were late in clearing by mistake of branch for that card people slapped fine of Rs 985 aftermany attempts to helpline i write this

    Dear Sir,
    > This is my 5th mail to your bank, actually i have become now totally dipress from your side. Matter is that i was using your bank credit card and after paying all my dues your bank have made extra charges on my card, i have talked with your executive many times all always says this time it will be remove, but slowly-slowly it going increase, 2nd last time when i have talked with your executive he told me that please pay Rs 1313/- all charges will be shortout and 21.11.07 i have deposited Rs 1313/- cash but no result was there while it was excess payment from my side, but i had done then again last time i have talked with your executive (this call was directly from your bombay branch) he have said to pay Rs 200/- and commit that after pay this amount your bank will refund me my excess payment RS 1313/- + 200/- in my next statement so i have deposit Rs 200/- cash on 04.02.08 but this time also no result. Instead of me refund your bank now charges me a lot, and today your
    > executive have called me and says you are paying this amonut or not, it was his language.
    > So please look this matter seriously and after shortout all dues refund me my excess amount that is 1313/- + 200/- total 1513/- .

    Dear sir,

    I am suresh from chennai, I have a Axis bank credit card for the last 10 months. now i had a big trouble in your side. The problem was at the second month of the bill they put BAJAJ Alliance insurance amt was added without my knowledge then i asked to customer care they said "No problem sir u dont pay the insurance amount". But still it was not cleared every month they add DEBIT INTERST and LATE PAYMENT FEE for my account. I tryed several times to customer care but no RESPONSE.

    So i get a conclusion i send my card to your bank

    yes its 100% for sure the helpline is worse, no body is sitting ther having full knowledge of products & policies. hold the line for long & each time you log the call your money will jump fromyour wallet for sure.
    0% response from Axis bank side. the attitude is like
    coustomer is for suffering with pain & has to go thru mental harressment.
