The said unit was delivered today November 13, 2017. I was really disaapointed because the charger is not match to the uni 3310. How can possibly use the unit if we are unaable to charge? I know was just your primo but please deliver atleast tje working one.

I am a regular customer, and i am requesting your office to to replace the unit.
