American Memorabilia / lies, fraud trust morals

US Review updated:

American memorabilia sold a hockey jersey for me a told me I would be paid in 60 days. they owe me 2600 dollers an I have not seen a dime yet. I hear the are hiring staff and continue to produce their catalouge. by the way they sold my jersey back in november 2008. I was unemployed at the time and needed the money. they ignored me and kept my money. I just recieved their latest update on aug 10th 2009 offering as a solution that I send more items to them. how about going out and getting a loan to pay your bills. I tried a lawyer in las vegas he wants 800.00 dollers up front to try and collect it. what else can I do? can we form a class action suit? any ideas anyone has im up for. we should show up at one of their shows and demand our money. any one with answers please contact me at [protected]@comcast.net thank you rick

Glad I read this - was going to bid on items in their recent auction (ending 9/3/2009), but am afraid I would send payment and not receive the items. As a buyer, I have been more than happy with their service - they have been timely in their mailings, and have been accurate with their billing. Even the shipping and handling is relatively reasonable. But after reading this, I just have a bad feeling. My business will stay with Huggins & Scott, Lelands, Grey Flannel and Robert Edwards. They are ones I have purchased from regularly over the years and have never had any problems. Thanks again.
