Fine Collectibles I preordered a statue in Aug 2019 and paid $20.00 upfront

I preordered a statue in Aug 2019 and paid $20.00 upfront. They said it would ship in November. But in early October, I saw on YouTube that others had already received their statues. When I tried to complete my preorder, they said they were sold out. They wouldn't give me a refund for the down payment, even though they didn't secure the product I ordered. This company is a joke.

On March 10, I paid a *** deposit on Order XXXXX *** Code *** for delivery after Dec.30,2020. I havent received the product *** XXXXXXXXXXXX. My credit card used to make the deposit remains on file with the vendor.

Fine Collectibles This company, Fine Collectibles Corp

This company, Fine Collectibles Corp., sold me a product but didn't ship it. Instead, they sold it to someone else and refused to deliver the product I bought. I bought the product in July and chose a payment plan. In October, I found out that they needed my credit card information to charge for shipping and send me the product. So, I added my credit card details, thinking I would finally get the product. But a month later, I emailed them about the shipping. They told me that they had already sold the product I purchased and had nothing to ship to me. They did give me a refund for the product, but they kept the shipping charge.

Fine Collectibles I preordered an item from Iron Studios a couple of years ago

I preordered an item from Iron Studios a couple of years ago. It was pushed back 'cause of Covid (understandably). But now, the item is available from all their 3rd party sellers for over a month and I still ain't got nothin' 'bout shipment. They only said I'll be notified in a few days. That was a month ago. I asked for a refund, including the Non-refundable deposit. According to their policy, I should get the refund if the item is 90 days or more past its release date. The original release date was 12/31. Today is day 8 and I still ain't heard nothin' 'bout my refund request from anyone in their company.

Fine Collectibles I pre-ordered 4 statues from Fine Collectibles Corp

I pre-ordered 4 statues from Fine Collectibles Corp. on February 25. I paid the 10% pre-order fee, which came to a total of $441.00. Each statue has a different release date, but the first one I'm asking about, X-Men Vs Sentinel #1, was released quite a while ago. I've reached out multiple times about the first released statue, but it takes about a week to get a response via email (no customer service phone number). On April 16, I sent an email asking where the first shipment was. On April 20, I received a reply saying that my order would be shipped in the next few days and I would receive an email with the tracking number. However, I haven't received that email and that was the last time I heard anything about the shipment. On April 29, I sent another email asking about the shipment, but I haven't received a response yet. I paid the final cost of this particular item (1 of 4 statues) on March 21, and the funds were posted on March 26, so they have had payment for over a month now. Please help.

Fine Collectibles I paid for my product, but I didn't get it

I paid for my product, but I didn't get it. *** says he can't find it and wants me to create an account to pay for shipping. I showed customer service my payment email, and it doesn't mention a shipping fee. The order number is #XXXXX for a Thor Statue. I've been talking to ***. I want the product and will pay for shipping, but I don't want to use the card on file. I don't get why their business is so bad and why he can't find my account. Also, I don't understand why they won't call me. This is the email I got after I made my final payment. Thanks for shopping with us Hi ***, We finished your order. Fine Collectibles Unclear description and picture of statue that was replacement for out of stock statue

Unclear description and picture of statue that was replacement for out of stock statue. They won't refund entire purchase cost. I ordered a Doctor Strange statue and was charged for it. The order sat in processing for 4 days. On the fifth day, I reached out to find out why it was sitting in processing. I was informed the item was out of stock despite being charged for it. They offered another statue instead. I asked for the Iron Man LVXXX. When I received the statue, it looked like it had a bad paint job. It had flecks of brown all over the body. They informed me that this was the way it was supposed to look. Despite the picture on the site being unclear that it was all over the body and no listing in the description. I wanted to send it back for a full refund and was informed that they would only refund the cost of the statue and that I would have to pay for shipping it back. This is unacceptable. I would be willing to absorb the cost of the duty charge I paid but to be charged for shipping it back given the misleading pictures and lack of description of "battle damage." The pictures on the site are low res and you unable to zoom in. I have attached pictures from their advertising the statue and what the statue actually looks like. Order number is XXXXXX Purchase date July 20th.

Fine Collectibles Iron Studios has sent me two different emails with a code for $10 off

Iron Studios has sent me two different emails with a code for $10 off. But when I tried to use the code, it only gave me 10% off instead. They won't fix the issue and now they won't even talk to me. I got the first email on Sat, Jun 6, 2020, offering $10 off. But when I tried to use the code, it only gave me 10% off. So I just left without making a purchase. Then on Sat, Jun 27, 2020, I received another code for $10 off. But again, it only gave me 10% off. So I contacted customer service (since they don't provide a phone number) and they responded saying that the code was indeed for 10% off. I replied and sent them the email they had sent me with the code for $10 off. I also mentioned that this had happened to me before. But they never replied back. What's even more frustrating is that I joined their mailing list because their website said they would send me a $10 off code. But instead, they sent me a code for 10% off. And if you check their website, it still says $10 off at the bottom. *** This has become a matter of principle for me now. I want them to honor at least one of their ads that promise $10 off any purchase. It would be great if you could help me with this. And/or make sure they stop lying on their website and emails. I think they're hoping that people won't notice and end up paying more than they should. I would have fallen for it too if I hadn't checked the total. I'll include the two emails they sent me with the promise of $10 off. But my main concern is with the last one they sent. Thank you for your time
