While I've spent thousands of pounds on their products, it's almost impossible to get in touch with them. And when I did return some items that fell apart, I was disappointed to find out that they were sourced from the cheapest sweatshop possible. It's really a shame.

Just recently, I ordered an SS nco peaked cap over the phone. I made sure to give my order verbally, but when I opened the box, I found a very cheap and nasty version of the cap. I was really upset and tried to contact them to return the item and get a refund of my fifty five pounds. Unfortunately, I haven't received any reply yet. However, upon receiving my order, I was disappointed to find that the SS runes on the boxes were of poor quality and looked like a screen reproduction. I tried to contact the seller for a refund, but have yet to receive a response. As a result, I am now out of 150 GBP and stuck with the worst ring boxes I have ever seen. It's a shame that the SS ring box on their website looks original, but in reality, it's totally false advertising.

If you don't believe me, just check the site yourself. The boxes are 100% different from what is advertised. This seller is either lying or blind. Anthony, the owner of Militaria Net, should upload a picture of the box to this site so that everyone can see the truth. Either way, it's clear that Anthony is not being honest with his customers. In fact, he only sent me his address for a refund after reading this review. Before that, he ignored my messages.

To make matters worse, I also returned 5 WW2 partisan badges because they were not as described. I am owed 312 GBP, but Anthony has had all of the stock for a week now and there is still no refund in sight. It's starting to look like he has ripped me off.
