The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've had the same problem and have contacted the BBB in Las Vegas. Of course, American Mem. contacted me after I complained to say that they were working on it. I consigned some precious sports/music memorabilia for their June, 2008 auction and I still have not received payment. They owe me $1958 and I'm praying that I will get my money.
If you look at their closed auctions for the past few months, they are pulling in a ton of money. Very, very frustrating, especially when they advertise that they will get you top dollar and very quick payment.

Put me down too. I gave them merchandise in September and haven't received any responsefrom my many calls and emails. Total fraud. Isn't there a law against internet fraud?
I too have seem to have been taken for a ride here. They consigned my merchandise, sold it and keep giving me a song and dance about when I will receive my money. I am at the 90 day mark with them and i think it is time to get some legal help.
I agree and have had the same experience. The BBB has done nothing. I have contacted every agency that I can think of and no one has done anything.

Same experience here haven't been paid for auction in June of 2008. Call LasVegas Better Business Bureau @ [protected] or Nevada Attorney General's Office @ [protected]. They have a complaint form ready to be downloaded and filled out on line. SHOW PROMOTERS BEWARE !
