Airtel / overbilling

My last airtel bill number [protected] for my number [protected] shows 3g usage charges of Rs 794. I never activated 3g on my phone. This is happening second time and last time also extra charges were waived off on complaining with the complaints board. I will not tolerate this fraudulent behaviour and request airtel to quash the charges along with an apology otherwise i will drag them to the consumer court. A similar complaint i lodged with my other number [protected] also but there has been no response till now. This is my last request to airtel. If they do not revert in 24 hrs i assume they are not bothered and will handle in my own way.
