Advocate southeast center
On Thursday, March 16, 2017; I was given a telephone from my primary doctor Senora Nelson to return a telephone back to her for medical reasons. She informed me to call her back at a direct number which is: [protected]; when I called the telephone number Dr. Nelson Assistance answered. I informed her that I was returning Dr. Nelson telephone call. In the midst of my explaining the call; the assistant slammed the telephone up on me. Thinking we were disconnected by accident; I hit the redial number and this time the assistance picked up the telephone and from the conversation that I could here in the background and hung the telephone again. I kept redialing the number and she hung up the telephone 17 times on me intentionally. I called the front desk 3rd floor and spoke with the black male who is usually there scheduling appointments and informed him what had just happened and asked him for Dr. Nelson assistance name but he claim that he went to the back and no one would identify who answer the telephone call. Whomever the black uneducated; unprofessional ghetto female is, she need to be fired and she is totally incompetent to work in such a facility as Advocate, where there is communication with other people. She has no telephone skills and is a hood rat that is not worthy of having a job. Its people like here whom don't want to work and just hang up of people because they don't want to do their job; therefore give to job to someone who wants a job and wants to work. My request is that she need to be fired immediately. I am requesting action on the employee and if no action is granted; I did record the conversation where one could here the hang up each time. I will be asking every media station in Chicago to air the recording of the conduct that people have to go thru Advocate Southeast Medical Center.
Scam and cheating
If you're offered a job at the corporate office of Advocate Healthcare, run as far and as fast as you can in the other direction! I worked there for 6 months and I have never encountered such catty behavior, backstabbing and gossipy people in my life. My boss (a director level) spent most of her time on Match.com. She lied about the job duties and I was stuck in a filthy cubicle with an intern and I had to work with manipulative, passive aggressive nurse managers. UGH! HR was clueless and the whole corporation (and I do mean corporation even thought they run Methodist hospitals) is all about profit.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Nine months later, I get a letter that they are acknowledging my complaint. He still works there, employees, patients and visitors are at risk. They have made him a supervisor of security

If you're not getting any help or response from these guys, you should post them on this site, this is for anyone who has been screwed, ripped off or felt that they had been done wrong. The name of the site is www.uradeadbeat.com, it gives you a voice to the people who will not listen. Not only does the person who you are complaining about receive an email letting them know that they have been put on the deadbeat list (as long as you provide email address) but, they will also receive a post card (as long as you provide a mailing address) notifying them too.
