customer service - after treatment

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AT OCP MEDICAL CENTER, FAIRMONT DUBAI!!! I initially loved their treatments and aftercare services on my first few visits and referred most of my friends - until last June. Ideally, within 3-5 hours from my treatment, the redness should start fading and there's usually no pain, but NOT on this specific day. This happened last June...
