Achieve Carddidnt send me new card

I requested a card on January 5th via telephone and agreed to pay the $9 fee. I called on January 12th to check the status of my achieve card and the same person told me there was a mistake or error that was made by one of the departments and that my card was never sent. I told the representative I wanted to speak to a supervisor.See the Top 10 Worst Complaints in El Centro, CA He placed me on hold for 10 to 15 minutes then he got back on the phone pretending to be a supervisor. I asked him if he was the same person and after a long pause he replied “no!”
they then decided to charge me a $29 dollar fee plus the $9 monthly service. I will use the account now instead. I get paid faster there.
