Account now representative shut off my card, after I told her not to. I explained that would leave me in hardship, and that I wanted to pull out my money before she did that, and I explained numerous times, to not do that at all. I need my money and now I can't even eat, get gas or even get a hold of them, because she did it right at closing time. Fantastic. Account now deserves a royal boning!
