Indigo Platinum MasterCard Indigo Platinum MasterCard Review: Hidden Fees and Late Statements Make It a Ripoff

This Indigo Platinum MasterCard is a real pain in the butt. They charge you $75 right off the bat, before you even get to use your card. And let me tell you, that ain't no small chunk of change. They say you gotta have $300 to start, but then they take $75 right away, so you're left with even less. And if that wasn't bad enough, they don't even send you your statement bill until the day after it's due. So now you gotta pay the regular $40 plus another $40 late fee. What a ripoff! I don't think it's worth all this hassle, and I'm definitely gonna close this BS ASAP.

Indigo Platinum MasterCard Indigo Platinum MasterCard Review: Poor Technology & Lack of Communication

So, I applied for the Indigo Platinum MasterCard and sent in all the info they asked for via fax from both my home and office. Unfortunately, they only received one page and then got a blank fax. It seems like they need to upgrade their technology or maybe set up their equipment better.

The worst part is that they don't bother to keep you updated on the status of your application unless you call them. They don't send any mail or email updates, which is pretty unprofessional. I mean, compared to companies like AMEX, they have a long way to go.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend the Indigo Platinum MasterCard. It seems like they have a lot of work to do before they can be considered a professional company.

Indigo Platinum MasterCard Warning: Stay Away from This Credit Card - Terrible Business Practices

This credit card is not good at all. If you apply for it, you might be in trouble. They will approve you for only $300 and charge you $75 right away, even if you cancel the card as soon as you get approved. This happened to me. I cancelled the card right away, and they sent me a letter to confirm that my account was deactivated. But they also sent me the card with a $75 balance for the activation fee. You have to pay it off or it will go to collections. This is the kind of business you never want to deal with. It's terrible!

Indigo Platinum MasterCard Indigo Platinum MasterCard Review: Frustrating Experience with Fraud and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently had an experience with the Indigo Platinum MasterCard that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. At first, I was surprised to receive a credit card in the mail that I never ordered or activated. However, my surprise quickly turned to concern when I started receiving billing statements with small charges that I never made. It was clear that someone had committed fraud using my information.

When I called Indigo's customer support to report the issue, I was met with less than helpful service. The representative promised to cancel the account, but it never happened. Instead, I began receiving bogus 'past due' and collections notices from the company. To make matters worse, I was bombarded with incessant email and text alerts about 'problems with my account' that didn't exist.

Feeling frustrated and helpless, I decided to take action by contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB). It was only then that I started to see some progress in resolving the issue.

Overall, my experience with Indigo Platinum MasterCard was disappointing. While I understand that fraud can happen to anyone, the lack of helpful customer service and the barrage of unnecessary alerts made the situation even more stressful. I would caution anyone considering this credit card to proceed with caution and be vigilant about monitoring their account for any suspicious activity.

Indigo Platinum MasterCard Mixed Bag: My Experience with the Indigo Platinum MasterCard

I gotta say, my experience with Indigo Platinum MasterCard has been a bit of a mixed bag. On the one hand, I've had some serious issues with getting my cards activated. The last two I received just wouldn't work on their website, no matter how many times I tried. And honestly, I'm not about to sit on hold with customer service just to activate a card I'm not even sure I want to use.

But even when I did manage to get a card up and running, I wasn't exactly thrilled with the experience. The interest rates are pretty high, which is a bummer. And the tech they use can be a real pain. I had one card that would always get declined, even when I knew I had plenty of available balance. It was a real headache to keep calling in to get it sorted.

Plus, their website is pretty limited in terms of what you can do. There's no app, which is a bummer, and you can't change your username or other important info easily. They've made some improvements over the years, but the gui is still pretty clunky in my opinion.

All that said, I do still use this card from time to time. It's not my go-to by any means, but I'll bust it out every now and then just to keep it from getting closed. So if you're looking for a card with low interest rates and a slick user experience, this might not be the one for you. But if you're just looking for something to use every once in a while, it could be worth considering.

Indigo Platinum MasterCard Indigo Platinum MasterCard Review: Difficult to Make Payments, Poor Customer Service, and Privacy Issues

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with the Indigo Platinum MasterCard. I mean, sure, they reported my $75 balance to the credit bureau right away, but when I tried to make a payment, they wouldn't accept it because the card wasn't activated yet. And let me tell you, it took over 6 weeks for that card to arrive in the first place.

But okay, fine, I activated the card and made a payment. And what happens? They reverse it a week later. So I try again, linking my credit union account this time. And what happens? They reverse it again. I try a third time, and yep, you guessed it, they reverse it again.

So I call them up and email them a copy of a voided check from my credit union, thinking that'll solve the problem. But nope, they can't use that information. They need an actual check mailed in, with the same information. And the due date is coming up fast.

I've called them multiple times, and let me tell you, the customer service representative is very difficult to understand. English is clearly not her first language. And when I had my husband sit in on the call as a witness, she blamed me for giving the wrong account information. She even accused us of lying about making payments.

Thankfully, I have proof of the payments on both websites. But seriously, why do I have to work so hard to give a company my money? And why do they make it so difficult to make a payment? It almost seems intentional.

Oh, and one more thing. The customer service representative actually gave my personal information to my husband to verify, instead of asking me directly. I mean, what kind of financial institution does that?

I'm gonna try to mail in a check with overnight tracking, but I'm not holding my breath. This whole experience has been a nightmare.
