Access capital credit

Continue to claim I owe them 168$ for something I ordered from White OverNite, which is a "company" that doesn't even exist anymore because it was a scam. But besides that, trying to work with them to get it off my credit has been a pain. They are extremely rude and unhelpful. I called just now to pay it just so I can get it over with, and she says she won't let me pay it because my dispute I filed (at her instruction) with Experian had a wrong # and she called it and Walter answered. I asked what was the # she called, claims she doesn't know. A qucik google search reveals them all over scam.com, /link removed/ and various other similar testimonies to mine. But if they won't let me pay it, and won't work with me as far as removing it, what am I supposed to do?
