Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank [ADIB]unethical behaviour

I have applied for my ATM debit card under the account holder name Zeeshan Rasheed Khan and A/c No : [protected]. further I have updated my mobile No with ADIB by visiting a branch of yours in Fujairah.

I have spent lost of time on your customer care but these guys are only sitting to go through the customer security check but eventually they are not bother to solve the customer issue eventually and after informing them many a time they did not updated my contact no with Aramex who is saying until the bank will not inform us they will not accept the correct number.

Now the customer is handing between you and your supplier. This matter is on since 25 days.

let me know if I deserve to receive my ATM card or kindly refuse me straightly so that I could go to any other bank.
