123bingo.com / debiting my account with out authorization

yes I have been trying to get some answers from 123bingo.com because I noticed 20 charges on my bank card from them but they will not get back to me or retun my calls and I do not know who they are nor authorized them to debit my account. I am out about 2300.00 dolllard and do not know what to do.

i feel sorry for you matthew i have made several deposits at 123bingo ut my bank statement comes every three months and i have noticed on every deposit that i make they are taking anywhere from 60 - 70 dollars extra which has now ended up costing me over 3, 000 in funds that i have not consented to like you i complained to manager and pretty much got paid 50.00 to keep my mouth shut about those doings

How did they get your bank info then if you do not know who they are? and why didn't you put a stop payment on this with your bank.. You could have went to your bank and they would have investigated this and credited you your money back...
