Comdatapaycard funds never dispensed

My money was never dispensed at an atm, I was prompt and called the next day to make my dispute, they said it would be handled within 11 business days, it's been 12 and nothing has happened. I've not been contacted in any form, I've not gotten my funds replaced, I'm missing bills because of all this and whenever I call I get a rep that doesnt seem to care.

    Same thing... used atm... no money dispensed... called comadata. was told to call number on atm... did, they sold.. called comadata again. put on hold for 15 minutes.. automated voice comes on...in essence we re too busy to take your call. call tomorrow. them hung up on... called the next day... early... after holding... same voice... too busy... hung up on... customer service???
