While creating wallet you will be asked for 12 or 24 phrase seed word.Suppose If you choose 12 phrase seed word, when you want to restore wallet in another device it will ask seed phrase which takes only 24 phrase seed. I did not find any logic here. I lost all my funds for this flaw. How can I enter 24 seed if my wallet has only 12 phrase. Very poorly designed.I would suggest stay away till this issue got fixed.

Please get back all the money transferred to you, as you are an dishonest company, you are a company specialized in fraud and if my money is not recovered as soon as possible, I will submit a report against their public representative company and publish the name of the company and the program in all social media and Qol.

Please solve the issue as soon as possible. I have conversations and proof that prove that I transferred money to your company.

Every time I open this app there are enhancements and fixes. I don’t think there is a most comprehensive wallet on the market that supports hardware keys and everything that it does. It’s not for new users as the functionality can get you in trouble and may be confusing at times. However, I’ve tried all the top wallets and this one leads the pack in functionality by far. Great work team. Current ask is Monero blockchain support needs to be added asap.

The app looks good and simple but it’s too challenging to do anything. From needing ETH to be able to transfer coins or send coins to needing to have a certain amount to even send anything or transfer anything it’s too difficult and now I’m out $60 because I can’t get any of my money transferred and can’t buy into anything because I don’t have enough in my wallet to even transfer to another currency or to send back to coinbase or anything. Would not recommend this app at all!

I sent 20$ usdt from my binance account but can’t use it to purchase or swap any coin but asking for trx to execute the order and I can’t even send it back to my binance or any wallet so it’s basically useless and 20$ waste just like that, if I try getting trx they require I buy upto $200 trx wic is unfair for us that don’t have upto that amount please review this and reduce the minimum price to favor all individuals most don’t even have upto $20 in their account as things are hard these days

I am unable to withdraw my funds even after trying several time. When I send TRX to my SafePal in other for me to withdraw my usdt. I keep getting this message ( SIGERROR ) and when I try again to resend to see if it will work. They ask me to send another 10 TRX. Please can you help me resolve this as soon as possible.

Please realease my funds for me to withdraw, this is a criminal heart and I would report to this app for stealing. I keep send gas fee and even when the transaction or the swap doesn’t take place, they ask for mother gass fee

I’ve tried many, many different wallets across the vastness of blockchains—having too many on various devices... and mostly because a wallet performed some sort of crypto gymnastics to move, convert, bridge, et alia for one certain chain. Most of you know what I mean.
Now, SP is my goto problem solver. It’s like a big piece of chocolate cake. It hits the spot. It supports all the Chains I am invested, and it has the functions of 7 different wallets I one used... Ahhhh..., cleaned out the wallet-clutter. Thank You, answer-to-most-of-my-crypto-needs-supa-stars... Praises.

SafePal offers you an extremely versatile wallet. Despite the fact that liquidity pools are available with native token (SafePal), the developer does not limit your capabilities in terms of seeking out other DeFi platforms to invest in.

Dapp browser rocks, the aggregated categories make an already great tool even sweeter. Being able to “minimize” a connected web3 site in order to copy a contract address or check a balance in your assets is extremely convenient.

Wrap all this up in a great looking interface with the ability to manage multiple mnemonics (not just PKs) and you have my favorite wallet hands down.

P.S. its really a 5-star review, but i want the ability to add multiple networks so im using the last star as leverage until we get at least Cronos network in there!

I never do reviews but wow! Safepal has been one of the best projects in the crypto space. Last review I had mentioned about there not being Face ID & for more coins to be added for the hardware wallet. That’s exactly! what they did.

They consistently give the community updates on their products and new app upgrades. Their app works flawlessly with every transaction being successful. Dapps operating swiftly with no issue. AnD their NFT wallet being one of the best in the game.

Reading from the comments. For the people complaining. It seems like you have just came into the crypto space. I suggest learning how to develop a better understanding on hardware wallets and being able to maneuver through Dapps & Blockchains. Many of the problems I’ve read have been mistakes done from the users inexperience.

For the SafePale Team: Amazing work young Jedis. I applaud. Tip. Don’t lock people out of their wallets if they can’t get the password right using 1 form. Let them try both, pattern or password before locking up the wallet. Also, the pattern is too sensitive and can perhaps mess with people sometimes. Other than that. Bravo my young SafePal Jedi’s. The future is bright.

I have been very impressed with this wallet. I am knee deep in 30+ DEFI projects and want a mobile only experience. This is by far the best mobile + DEFI + hardware wallet experience.

Details like adding the total value of coins in each wallet on the left wallet side screen is super helpful when I need to move funds from one DEFI project to another.

When I imported my wallets it automatically detected all my coins, even my DRIP-BUSD LP pair! Automatically! How awesome is that?

I have a Keystone wallet and using it with MetaMask is a huge pain. Same with Ledger. Airgap.it has a great start but still difficult to use. There seems to be security concerns with Ellipal.

Concerns I do have: 1. hardware wallets are made in China; 2. Safepal has been saying for a very long time that they are going open source but this has not happened yet.

Overall, great ecosystem for DEFI crypto but I would like to see *moreevidence that 1. the software iOS wallet is safe to use and 2. the hardware wallet is safe to use…what they have provided so far isn’t enough for me to feel fully comfortable yet. Probably an independent 3rd party audit company of both the software and hardware wallets would knock this out of the park.

I have seen so many reviews here of people saying they lost their money that I felt I should write a troubleshooting part to my review to maybe help them. When you first use your safe Pal, please be sure to use the app to find your crypto wallet on “etherscan.io”. Then you can always see if your crypto currency is there even outside the app.
(Find this address on a working wallet by selecting a crypto you own and then selecting to look at its contract).

For those that believe they lost their funds.

Step one:

Please find your wallet addresses on “etherscan.io”. You should see your money there.

If you don’t know your etherscan address, then just skip to step two. However, you should already know it since you could have bookmarked or favorited the page in your internet browser when you first set up your SafePal device.

Step two:

If you are having trouble restoring your wallet with another SafePal or other hardware wallet, then go create a new software wallet with metamask or some other software based wallet that supports BEP 20, ETH 20 and any other crypto types you own. (If your wallet doesn’t support a crypto you can’t see it in the wallet even if it is there). In the new software wallet enter your pass phrase and you should be able to have full access to your funds again. Also use that new wallet to find your etherscan address so you can always see your funds inside or outside the wallet. This etherscan address will let you check to see if other holdings are there that are not showing in the wallet app.

Updated Review June : Don’t be scared of this app. At least several users with negative reviews have not learned how to use the app properly. Things I personally have done multiple times within the app. 1) Transferred money to is from my Coinbase hot wallet. 2) Transfered money FROM it to my Coinbase hot wallet. 3) Transfered money FROM it to my Binance USA exchange account. 4) Transfered crypto cross-chain in app using their swap feature. 5) exchanged Crypto in app using their built in connections to 1Inch (both ETH and BEP 20), 6) Via built-in Dapp extension exchanged in app on Uniswap 7) Via built-in Dapp extension exchanged in app on pancake Swap 8) Via built-in Dapp extension created liquidity on pancake swap. 9) Via built-in Dapp extension Farmed cake through the “farm” on Pancake swap. 10) participated in launch of crypto TKO getting a free $50 in crypto, now worth $100. 11) sold assets using SFP swap and created USDT which I sent out to Coinbase and then to my bank. Why do people think the app “stole” their money? There is a concerning bug that exists in the app where it does not always see your crypto. It usually only lasts for a minute or two, but this is COMPLETELY tied to when the crypto world slows down with trading. Understand you can and SHOULD create a link to the TWO online blockchain wallets (ETH and BEP 20) the app tracks to see what you own. You can always just go straight to the online address to see your values rather than in app if you think something is missing. That said I have done is several times because that bug scared me, but it is always there. In conclusion after many additional months of using this app with their hardware wallet, I am still pleased and feel this app has a great future ahead of it if they can listen to those that have concerns and figure out a way to send a message in app saying “updating wallet is delayed due to current trading traffic” or something like that to let people know their money is safe, it is just taking time to update the values in app. HELPFUL TIP: When transferring money in or out of ANY wallet, please remember to be careful and transfer only a small amount first to be sure you are sending it to the correct address. I usually send just $1. Then when it goes through I do the real move. First Review: I bought one of the hardware wallets made by SafePal. Used in combination with their software, I feel this could become the crypto trader industry standard. Assets are secured so that any move of money out of your hardware wallet requires multiple scans to accomplish. Unless someone can steal your 12-24 word phrase, I don’t see how this can be compromised. That said, it is also nice to have access to 1Inch exchange and UniSwap Exchange directly in app. It also has access to several others like pancake swap and even a couple yield farm apps. Funny thing is, while I can easily trade on the decentralized exchanges and with their own proprietary “swap” program, I cannot figure out how to use Binance.US in the app at all! It may be that it is not offered yet, thought they do offer Binance. But anyone can tell you Binance is not usable in the USA thanks to regulations from Washington DC and certain state governments... Get the app, buy the hardware wallet on Amazon and try it out for yourself. Once you figure out how to use it, you will be pleased. Oh and they also launched their own crypto, “SFP” though I’m not sure what the story is behind it. Happy trading!
