Ordered the garage 7 months ago (Sept. 3rd 2020), have called and emailed over and over to receive any information, have not had any response back. There is no communication within this company. When I ordered the garage they said it would be about 8 to 10 weeks, it has been 7 months and I can't even get a response from the company after calling and emailing several times.

Desired outcome: Refund of my deposit

Carrie called in on 5/3 and let one of our customer service reps (Lindsay) know that she wanted to cancel the order. That she has sold the property and no longer needs the carport or wants to invest in it since she will not be living there. Lindsay let her know that the refund process can take a while and that once the refund is processed someone will contact her and let her know if it was approved, denied or a partial refund was approved she said that was ok and thanked her for helping.

Still no refund, the carport was canceled in May 2021 and still haven't recieved a call or recieved my refund, this whole ordeal has been going on since Sept 2020. Can someone please call and get my refund started.
