Closets by Design review: Zero customer service as well an incompetent production dept

Ordered garage cabinets to be installed by this Franchise from Victor, NY. After 6 weeks wait installed arrived and production dept made incorrect cabinets. Again waited several more weeks and installed arrived and requested payment in full. Cabinets were installed and doors were not sent or incorrectly made by production dept. Countless calls, messages, emails went unanswered. Finally production employee sent me a message to install doors. When I tried to confirm and said I would make it work he became belligerent and arrogant when I asked to have to owner call me. The company fraudulently cashed my check which was only to be paid in full upon completion of project. Avoid this company at all costs to avoid the headaches of blatant incompetence.
