Closet World review: 3 day cancelation policy

Canceled per instructions on May 7, 2021
Closet World cashed our check anyway the following week.
Called and finally got call back from Greg (VP?)
Greg could have cared less. Almost sounded like it was business as usual for him.
I asked about their receipt of my cancelation and he said yes we got it.
I asked him why did they cash my check after I canceled?
Greg said he didn't know.
So, I asked about the NSF charges and Greg said they wouldn't cover those.
I said, "well Greg it's your companies fault, you guys took almost $1, 300 out of our account without authorization once I canceled and you acknowledge receipt of our cancelation".
Then Greg actually told me, "call your bank and cancel the check".
I said, really? It's already been taken out! That's why other items are bouncing at my bank.
Silence... more silence
So, I said, I guess I'll see you in small claims court Greg.
He laughed.
