I went to your Florida office and I spoke to a lady by the the surname Zulu who promised to send me a statement for the property that I recently bought at 325 panda avenue in Lindhaven. The reason I wanted a statement is because the property was changed into my name before the previous owner settling their outstanding service fees and now the transfer attorneys need the statement so it can be settled. The lady Zulu promised to send me the statement via email last week Monday or so until now. I feel disrespected and not being fairly treated by your organization. Why do I have to go through this, I really don't understand.

Desired outcome: I want the organization to start servicing us with the level of respect we deserve.
