City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality review: Rates and taxes for a property I do not own

I have sent this information to various people at Tshwane, and also explained this numerous times to the company appointed to recoup the "outstanding" amount.

1. I owned the property located at 728 Nieuwhout Street (Stand 546, unit S0001) up to 2014. Please see an old account for your information attached “1-Old statement.jpg”, with my account number 2053182183 (Rates and taxes)
2. I sold this property 728 Nieuwhout Street - Stand 546, unit S0001) to “XXXX” in 2014, with any outstanding amounts settled with the City of Tshwane – see attached “2 - RATES- UNIT 1 SS NIEWOUDT.jpg”
3. For years I did not hear about that property, but in January 2017 I received a new statement from the CoT, highlighting that I have a credit of R314.50. See “[protected]-ISU_PDF_GEN_1_Email.jpg”. Suddenly, as per this statement, I have a new account number 5010416335, with the address reported to be 730 Nieuwhout Street (Stand 546, Unit 0). Again, I never owned this property, and as far as I knew, this property was also bought by XXX. I also think that both 728 and 730 were consolidated into one property, as this is now a business premises. I kept on getting this statement
4. Suddenly, in June 2019,a number of charges were added to this account. I send an email to Tshwane about this matter – see “[protected]-ISU_PDF_GEN_1_Email.jpg”. This is still ongoing.
5. I have been contacted a number of times by attorneys representing Tshwane, and each time I went through this and highlighted the error. I also followed up with a similar email with the attached proof of your error.
6. As can be seen from the attached document titled “9 - Property Search 292900063.jpg”, this property belongs to “XXX”. I have previously highlighted to you guys in writing.
7. I now see that you suddenly subtracted my credit from my electricity account – see “[protected]-2025.jpg”
8. It is beyond frustrating, after numerous emails to the CoT and your legal department, you still have not sorted this.
