I bought the property in 2019,few months after that I started getting estimated water and Electricity bills.I contacted the offices and I was told that they will solve the matter.I started getting water and electricity cuts and everytime had to pay the reconnection fee.To my surprise when I was expecting my account to be resolved,I was given a new account to start paying into and both accounts were charged concurrently. I am now sitting with over R220000 bill which keeps increasing on the initial problematic account.It got worsened by increased property evaluations which I objected to in 2024.My rates have been increased from R1500 to R4000 within a year
