We have logged numerous calls to Centurion Tshwane Electricity Department as a result of outstanding testing that is required to be completed on a Faulty Neutral Cable between the Junction Point and the Municipal Box and potential repair work. This causes dangerous Fire hazard to my home and the neighbors home. The Neutral Line has been tested and result confirms a Fault. We obtained the services personally at own cost also to perform a pre-authorized test via assistance of a Master electrician confirming the same result. This was a Mega-OHM test performed between the T1 Line Input and the Municipal Electrical Box across the street. We are tired of logging calls and following up with Ben Kruger - Director of the Municipality DEPO at Centurion, when this work will be conducted. Why should these faults relate to any owner's personal cost to turn to Legal aid to resolve matters already proven as a issue by the Municipality, Yet consistently they downplay or play ignorance? Stop with the Games of ignorance and repair the faulty Neutral Cable once and for all!
