First off everyone needs to be back in office. Their smug attitudes combined with their will to get nothing done has me livid. You can't get a manager until weeks later. No one truly looks at your account; you have to keep explaining the same issues over and over. Listening and handling skills are at 0%. Don't know if they are all gen Z workers but we are doomed if this is the help for the future or even the next few months. Customer service is a lost art. This company has indeed lost it. Reasons they don't have patient experience because they would be closed down due that that. This is one of the worst companies i ever came encounter with in a long time.
