Citizens Energy Group review: Collapsed city water line

citizens energy group is negligent the city water main line had collapsed for months i called trying to get them to check their water main that had collapsed i paid out thousands of dollars to get to the problem several plumbing companies tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars finally i found a plumbing company that came out and ran a video of my service line and told me it was on the citys side so before i knew it a company came and dug up my yard in order to replace their collapsed water line they left my yard in a mess and never came back to check my basement had backup and i was told by one of their employees that they would reimburse me for the video that showed it was their fault they let me file a complaint but did nothing but got nasty with me threatened to call the law on me for complaining i will never trust ceg again low down straight up negligence ever since they purchased indpls water co they were not checking the wells causing underground contaminated water
