Cincy AutoMall I purchased a vehicle on 10/10

I purchased a vehicle on 10/10. To this date i have not received a tittle nor have they fixed faulty brake lights which is in the contract to do so. I have called the business multiple times only to be told the person i need to speak to is not there or in a meeting. They will not call me back and i can't legally drive car with expired tags and faulty brake lights. I need the car fixed and the title

Cincy AutoMall I purchased a car from Cincy Auto Mall on the 18th of May and to this day I have been promised over and over a title to the car

I purchased a car from Cincy Auto Mall on the 18th of May and to this day I have been promised over and over a title to the car. They keep telling me they are having problems getting it and Ill just have to wait. My 90 day tag they gave me will expire on the 18th and I will no longer be able to drive the car. I tried to trade the car in on a lease car and was ask to return the lease car when Cincy Auto Mall Told Performance Lexus they could give them no time table on resolving the title issue. I have checked the law with the attorney general and have been informed that i should return the car and demand a full refund of the money spent. This has been a huge embarrassment to me having a car taken back.

Cincy AutoMall I purchased a vehicle from them and was told it had been serviced and told everything that was wrong with it

I purchased a vehicle from them and was told it had been serviced and told everything that was wrong with it. I also opted to purchase their asc warranty that covers majority of any problem I should have for an additional amount of money. Within 2 weeks of having the vehicle the transmission went out and I tried to get them to deal with it with the warranty they claimed it was a preexisting problem but yet it's not listed on the problems. They won't cover the repair work and I even tried to give the truck back and just be done with it and they won't allow that either. I've been going in circles with them and the warranty place for weeks. So I have to come out of pocket on a vehicle that I've only driven a handful of times on both a car payment and the amount for the repair work that should have never been an issue in the first place before they will even do any kind of work. They are no help and I've never heard of anything like this from a reputable dealer.

Cincy AutoMall I purchased a *** from Cincy Automall on the evening of 9/28

I purchased a *** from Cincy Automall on the evening of 9/28. There was a piece of paper/sticker with the car number/price covering a crack in the windshield, which my husband and I did not see before purchasing because the price tag paper was covering it completely. I called the company to let them know that there was a crack in my windshield, which is when everything went downhill. It took an entire week for someone to reach back out to me to set up an appointment to fix the windshield, after calling every single day. I was hung up on numerous times. I was lied to multiple times. They started forwarding my calls. They started answering the phone and pretending to be someone else--example, Antonio told me his name was Antonio and then Patrick the next time I called after he hung up on me. I requested to speak to a manager multiple times but he was always "in a meeting" and "he would get back to me" but he never did. I finally got ahold of my Sales Rep, James ***, who worked out my issue with the manager, Jay(?). I was told by Jay and James *** that they scheduled an appointment for me to have my windshield fixed by *** on Tuesday, October 6th at 9:30AM at Cincy Automall. Because of the unprofessionalism and dishonesty that I had experienced leading up to the appointment, I thought it would be in my best interest to call *** the evening before my appointment to ensure that my appointment was scheduled so that I didn't drive out to Cincy Automall and waste my time because I had to take off of work for it. Sure enough, *** did NOT have anything on the schedule for Cincy Automall or myself and Kassi, who was the *** rep., actually called Cincy Automall with me on three way to confirm that there was an appointment scheduled. Cincy Automall stated that there was nothing on the schedule for me to get my windshield fixed during the time that they told me was scheduled. So, they NEVER scheduled my appointment. (I'm glad that I called them, otherwise I would have showed up to Cincy Automall for nothing.) I do have a text message from James *** at Cincy Automall stating my appointment time and date with *** as proof. I then went through the process again of trying to get ahold of someone. I had to call from a different number to get through as they stopped answering for my phone number. I began to record my phone calls with them because of everything that I was experiencing. I have it recorded that an employee said to one of his associates, "I'm about to hang up on her" because he forgot to mute me and did not realize I could hear everything. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. I also have it on recording that another deal was worked out in which Jay and James told me over the phone that if I took my car to have the windshield fixed at ***, Cincy Automall would reimburse me. Because of everything I have gone through with CincyAutomall, I let them know that I needed another option because I didn't trust that they would reimburse me like they said. They then decided to hire a random guy to come to my home to fix my windshield. I spoke to the gentleman who was supposed to come to my home and he stated that he did not have his LLC or any sort of insurance policy nor did he have any sort of certification to fix windshields. No business cards, no business website or phone number or anything relating to an actual business. I did not feel comfortable having this gentleman fix my windshield, especially after being promised a reputable company like *** or *** was an option. And, the gentleman NEVER showed up to my home anyway! My husband and I attempted to call Cincy Automall back and was told that the manager was in a meeting and that he would call us back, and he never did. I have never in my life dealt with such an unprofessional, dishonest, and unethical company. I have never complained the way I am now, but after experiencing what I am experiencing, I am in complete shock that this company is allowed to operate and open their doors to costumers! I also have it on recording that James ***, my Sales Rep, said that he is questioning the integrity of Cincy Automall because of how they are (not) handling my situation. I have all phone conversations and text messages saved as evidence.
