Purchased a vehicle from this dealer in 2017 & extended warranty. We cancelled the warranty but the dealer will not issue the refund due. Purchased 2014 Nissan Pathfinder in June . An extended warranty was purchased through the dealership. In May we found out the warranty was not a comprehensive bumper to bumper as the dealership told us so we requested a cancellation. The cancellation was processed on June X XXXX by the warranty company and the documentation to process the refund was sent to the dealer. The delay will not take our calls or hangs up on us and will not respond to email. They have had over a month to contact us or the lienholder to issue a refund.

I purchased a car and right after delivery the check engine light came on. Upon investigation, I was told it had just been cleared before shipment. I purchased a car and upon delivery the check engine light came on. Upon investigation, I was told that all the codes had just been cleared, which would have allowed the check engine light to go off temporarily (upon delivery). The car was also sold with a warranty from the manufacturer, so I was told. Strangely, the manufacturer has no record of any warranty, and the BMW dealership has repaired the problem, costing $2000. I am concerned this problem was masked and then I did not get adequate assistance in what was told to me to be a warranty.

I paid my down-payment, no car has been received and dealership will not return my calls, texts, voicemails, messages and emails... I went in and purchased a vehicle (2015 Hyundai Genesis) at Atlanta Best Used Cars at 5141 Buford Highway Peachtree Corners, Ga 30071 on 25 July with a sales rep named Sal ***..I paid a partial deposit of $1500 and was to return on 1 August , and pay remaining deposit of $1000,totaling $2500 (deposit) which I did with a salesrep name Gio in order to pick up my vehicle since Mr. Sal *** was allegedly transferred to another location. After waiting 6hrs, the car was finally brought to me and upon getting in the vehicle to drive off, the "check engine" light came on. The sales rep Gio stated he spoke to the manager and was told to advise me that they would need to keep the vehicle and fix whatever was/is the cause for the check engine light to come on. Gio also mentioned that despite the car being an "as is", the check engine light should not come on in order to pass emissions..I was told they will hold the vehicle and contact me once thw issue has been resolved..I have been calling, texting, emailing and leaving voice-mails and the ONLY response I received was on Saturday, 1 August saying: "boss, still no information yet" around 5pm-ish...Other than that, the dealership who has my money and my vehicle still has not responded to any of my messages...

I am 51. I am Self employed for 10 years. I made over 55k last year.
These [censored] treated me horribly!
They insisted on calling me “unemployed”.
They could not have been any more discriminatory or insulting!
This place should be shut-down.
They are absolutely horrible horrible human beings!

They sold me a car that was way overpriced. I can't sell it because it has a branded title which i wasn't aware of. I purchased a 2013 bmw 550i from Atlanta best used cars on December 1st. I wasn't aware that the vehicle had a branded title until today (March 16th) when i tried to trade the vehicle in for something else. They told me that they don't buy back vehicles with a branded title. The sales rep whom i purchased the vehicle from told me that it was a consumer buy back but he didn't go in detail on informing me that it was a vehicle that the value was way lower because of the branded title. They sold me the vehicle for 22,099 dollars which in reality the vehicle was only worth 8 or 9 thousand because of the title status. I'm very unhappy with that. I called them and they said it's nothing that they can do about it.
