Cinamuse registering for online movies.

today the 27 of may 2017 I registered for online movies which took me to a page which said enter credit card details as its free only to validate you..when I registered it took me to a page which had said free trial and then had charges mentioned and I see a lot of complaints about being charged so I have cancelled my subscription but it would not let me cancel till i confirmed my email..then I wrote a mail to support.This is so incorrect.its like cheating..at the outset it should tell you about free trial and the period and the charges.this is cheating the customers and the gullible like me get taken in.thanx for this but cancel my subscription./thank you.

Cinamuse Streaming of a video

I signed up for a free download and the site said I would not be changed. However, I have been charged $39.95. I would like a refund of my 39.95. This appears to be a scam and I will report you to all comsumer agencies if I do not receive a refund. The charge was on 3/17/17 for the streaming of the movie "Searching for Sugarman."

Hi there,

Hi, I don't understand the relationship between Cinemuse and the Complaints Board but I'm very angry about these charges and I want them to stop and I want my money back. Below is my original complaint and the detail showing when I cancelled.

Cinamuse Unauthorized credit card charges

  I am a new member to join the trial five days I just do not like five days after the trouble to visit my (CinAmuse Premium service)
So please cancel after paying (every 30 days for $ 39.95)
I'm just going to trial five days

I have sent a letter to the official website of the service,

Go to the cinamuse website and click the support tab. Then click the red tab a the top that says cancel membership.

Cinamuse Payment

I'm getting billed for a lot of things that I didn't sign up for but if I did how do i terminate services . I got billed from CINAMUSE.com, never been there and never signed up for there service. Don't know how you can help but if you can I like to cancel whatever service I have with CINAMUSE please.Thank you for whatever you can do. I work so the best time to call me would be Sunday but you are probably closed on that day if not then please help however you can. Thank you for your time. Sorry don't have a photo don't know what for but I don't have one.

Well I actually looked up Cinamuse.com and it's not bad at all. It says that I have been a customer since April, It's about watching free movies whenever so no worries about it I actually took care of my other online service problems but thanks for your help at least I know someone can help. Maybe in the future I'll remember who I can count on when or if i have online service problems. Thank You for your time and have a good day. Sorry for any inconvenience i may have caused.

I'm getting billed $10.81 every month for something I didn't sign up for. How do I terminate services asap. Don’t know how you can help but if you can I like to cancel whatever service I have with CINAMUSE please. Thank you for whatever you can do.

I am currently being billed for a product on my credit card for approx $55 on or around 1/2 of every month. I tried to access the website using my email address but they don't have my email address on record. So far I have gone back 4 months, however only just realised this was being deducted out of my account. The reference number on my statement is cinamuse.com [protected] hk

A free trial is offered, then without any notification or reminder of end of trial, full membership payments are deducted regardless. Load of ###!

Noone in our family used this service. When I called about the cc charges they agreed to cancell, but then hung up on me when I asked about credits. Watch your statements for on-going charges, they are making a lot of money and not not rendering serivce.

Cinamuse Repeat charges that are not valid

They have charged me 3 time at the rate of 39.95 each time, even though I repeat to them several times that I do not want their streaming movies or anything else. at this point I have been left with no alternative but to contact my bank and have them return the funds to my account and let them deal with this company. That doesn't even include the fact that their customer reps with tell you to shut up if you don't like their point of view. My warning to anyone else is do not trust any streaming site unless its based in the US, where there are ways to deal with the problem

There was a charge on 39.95 and a charge of .32 on my card for services i did NOT sign up for. to NOT respond to my complaint by asking me to contact you to help me "cancel" my membership. I DO NOT have a membership. a memebrship that does NOR exist cannot be cancelled. not an acceptible answer. my bank has altready been notified. i want my money back with 45 days.

NEVER heard of this company until a .32 charge and a 39.95 charge appeared on my bank statement. ALSO on my bank statement the phone to contact CINAMUSE had a typo in it and was a digit short... i'm thinking they don't want to hear from customers.
i had to google CINAMUSE to learn what it was AND to get a VALID phone number.

Cinamuse False Advertising for $40.95

I signed up for their free trial membership and within 30 minutes realized it was a scam because I couldn't watch any movies that attracted me to their site. The movies that were on their site weren't even possible to watch. Making matters worse is that no registration confirmation email was sent to me. I became alarmed because like many sites, you have to use a credit card to join. When I called customer service --which is supposed to be open from 7:00 am until 10:00 pm EST -- they kept saying that they couldn't cancel my membership because "they were experiencing technical difficulties." I must have called them 10 times between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm and then tried to reach them another 10 times between 7:00 am and 1:00 pm the next day. The same line was given: "we are experiencing technical difficulties."

Now the other problem is that to cancel, they want you to re-enter your credit card details! That clearly is another sign of a scam since to cancel one always just needs the account number plus something connected to the account such as street address, phone contact, etc. I refuse to just type in my credit card details and was upset that I was duped into using one to sign-up for this fraudulent movie service.

Since I couldn't cancel the 5 day free membership (because their system was experiencing "technical difficulties"), they charged me the outrageous price of $39.95 for a month of viewing plus an additional $1 cancellation fee!

This is scam and once I did an internet search realized that what happened to me was shared by many others. You know something is wrong when you always get an automated voice, the computer system always experiences technical difficulties, your credit card information is required to cancel (and you simply type in the numbers) and the service that you signed-up for doesn't exist or isn't working. The owners of Cinamuse.com are definitely some of the biggest scam artists around. Only use Netflix or another well-established company when interested in watching movies online via streaming.

I also tried the free 5 day membership, but i couldn't even watch what i wanted. I didn't realize that there was no way to cancel on the site that you have to call and cancel. I also expected them to ask if I wanted to continue membership, you know at least email me . They just charged my card. I called them and They said it was my responsibility to cancel before the 5 free days were up, and they were not going to refund my money. What a rip so I am being charged for something that doesn't even work. I hope someone shuts their site down

Cinamuse Fraud

On 4/22/2011 my husband attempted to use cinamuse.com, but was not able to watch what he wanted. Wording specifically addressed that cinamuse.com offerred a free trial and his credit card would not be used. On 4/22/2011, cinamuse.com created a pending payment with the credit card used for the free trial membership, and on 4/27/2011 cinamuse.com officially charged his credit card.

Cinamuse.com does not offer movies or television as they claim, he was not able to watch at least, and they do not have a free trial membership; they charged a credit card they did not have permission to charge. Bottom line, they are committing fraud.

I also signed up for the "FREE TRIAL". After checking out this website I decided that I was not interested. I cancelled my free trial well within the 5 days only to find out that they had made 2 charges to my credit card. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. Stay away and don't let these thieves sucker anybody else.

Same thing happened as they said they werent going to charge and when it came to the final page I cancelled the application but charged me anyway. and their policy says they don't give refunds means its a rip off site.

I also had 2 charges on my credit card. I noticed the first and contacted my credit card company. That was credited back as well as the second...all pending investigation. They charged me 49.95 each time. I KNOW I didn't sign up for anything like that for $50 a mth. My understanding was it was the 5 day free trial. I don't recall anywhere saying where I had to cancel. Either way...I could not watch anything either. Don't sign up for anything. When I called them...very rude and not helpful. They hung up on me twice. Definately sounds like a scam to me!

Cinamuse Unauthorised debit to my card

On 11th October I supplied my credit card details to this website on the proviso that my account WILL NOT be debited without my permission. Despite their assurance my card was debited AUS $36.98 anyway, with nothing supplied in return. I was ripped off and this website should be investigated asap and monies refunded. I am angry that many other people must have been robbed as well.

These people need to have a class action raised against them. Like many others I signed up for the free trial, was unable to find any of the titles advertised on their website and cancelled straight away, receiving a confirmation email that I had cancelled. However, I have since been billed AU$39.95 a month for quite a few months until I realised what the charges were for. I have sent them emails to request a refund but have not had any response and have had to cancel the credit card to avoid any further theft.

Cinamuse keeps debiting INR 2667.47 on the 16th of every month for services I have never requested, this is a fraud and must be stopped. I am a rerited person living on limited income and this unauthorised debit is criminal and must be acted upon. If nothing is done immediately, I may be forced to block my Debit Card or even close my Savings Bank Account.

cinamuse falsely advertised there membership and assured me that my card would not be debited however i visited my bank today to see then in this month alone they had already taken £25.95 from my account. its a rip off and whatever you do don;t put your card details in!

DO NOT SIGN UP! It's a SCAM! When you sign up online, it says is FREE trail, however they do charge you $49.95 USD in 5 days if you don't cancel. On their website it says 100% refund, however when I called and finally spoke with someone after many photo auto prompt, they were rude, and at the end they hung up on me. I had to call my Creditcard company to dispute this charge. It's all over the internet this place is a scam and I am not the only one experience this.
