lyncrest media is a scam. i invested $12,500 with them and it was the worst investment of my career. they called me for years promising great results from their leads, but the leads they sent me were terrible. it's a scam. they use deceitful methods to put unqualified people in front of you, which is a RESPA violation. they don't have a real web presence, their support contacts are murky, and they don't have a business page. their email communications have zero contact info. it's ridiculous. if you're a loan officer, don't use this company for lead purchasing. their leads and model are a complete fraud. i've been in the business for 14 years and did 70 million last year (verified). you deserve better than lyncrest media.

This company, Lyncrest Media, is just plain awful. The show ratio is terrible, like really bad. I saw someone say it's 90% and I totally agree. The other 10% couldn't even get a credit card. After only two months, I had less than 15 appointments and they promised me 60. The system is super glitchy and I had to email support a lot. I wasted $12,000 on this scam. I found another company called Good Vibe Squad that does the same thing for way less money ($1200/month). The leads are so much better. I think Lyncrest is connected to Good Vibe because when I tried to use my same calendar, it said it was already being used by the same system. Lyncrest is just trying to make more money by sending old appointments. Don't use them, seriously. There are better options out there. The contract doesn't hold them accountable for anything, so you're screwed if anything goes wrong.

An intuitive system for setting up mortgage leads, run by a hardworking guy that works to keep his clients happy. Would definitely recommend.

Finally a lead generation company that can actually produce good credit leads for my struggling business. These guys are professional and are exactly what I was looking for.

Id have to disagree that Lyncrest is a scam. The employees provide great customer service and work hard to ensure the brokers are happy and receiving the service that was promised when they signed up. Very pleased with this company.

I believe it is important to give recognition where it is due. Lyncrest Media is a top notch destination for lead generation. I have gone with their services and closed plenty of business from the leads provided. Excellent customer service as well. Thanks fellas.

and his team are great! The leads and appointments provided require some rapport, sales aptitude and follow up, such as any leadflow for brokerages! Theres a ton of companies I have and am working with as a business owner, most of which, never deliver. Lyncrest does. Highly recommended.

I have been in real estate nearly 20 years, full-time! Needless to say, I've heard of and used most programs. That being said, Lyncrest has been, by far, the best and most effective! They keep their word and have great customer service! *** and *** are awesome! I've referred everyone I've come in contact with!

Very scammy... company. They say Mr. endorses them... (*** from Shark Tank) No proof... other than it's stated on their website. The sales presentation is crazy... they do a HUGE price drop if you don't sign up right then... This is VERY expensive at over $150 per appointment booked... stay away... dishonest company.

The lead campaign is quite expensive. I invested $15,000 in leads over 3 mths. These were mortgage leads, both purchase and refi. I got a refi deal that I was able to close in only 2 weeks, and that is where the positive experience ended. I believe the style of advertising brought an incredible amount of prospects who were credit challenged. had very limited income or no savings. In this market, those leads are worthless. Needless to say, I approached the company on a few occasions to ask about modifying the campaign to no avail. "It is what it is". So this was a huge loss for me.

3 month drip campaign ***. Leads are not well qualified financially but maybe by self reported credit scores as they tout. Terrible investment for a *** Loan Officer. Almost all incomes of leads qualified for less than a 200k home, wish is hard to find in *** but impossible when you set your designated area as ***,. I had zero leads from my area. 50 scheduled appointments and only 20 showed over two months. They want a 3 month commitment to not turn out any solid leads in the first two months but to throw you a bone and give you a few on the third, just in time for your renewal in the hopes of you keeping with their ***. After hearing from another loan officer through ***, I realized I'm not alone."

I worked with Lyncrest for the month of January in the state of GA. The majority of my leads were travelling nurses interested in some "nursing program" that I never told lyncrest I had and the Clients I spoke with felt very mislead by this program. With the leads even unaware about why I was calling them at the scheduled time there was a lot of confusion between me and the clients. When i contacted their customer support team they had no intentions of giving me a refund even though there hasn't been even one deal closed and I was verbally told I was going to have a VERY BUSSY January. This company doesn't value your business and is simply to good to be true. Do not sign the contract with them because they do not give a c*** if you are happy or not and just want to make a quick $7,000 off you and will say any and everything to get you to sign up.

I have worked with at least 7 different lead campaigns in as many years and all have been a very disappointing experience with the exception for Lyncrest Media. Instead of spending my time dialing for dollars on leads that have been shopped around, are not motivated, or can't qualify anytime soon, I only talk to high-intent borrowers that can actually qualify for a loan that not only haven't talked to another loan officer, but 90% of the time they are not working with a realtor either. Now instead of calling agent and kissing a*** for business, I call them up and offer them a fully qualified ready and able borrower looking to buy now in exchange for another loan application now and I always get two deals for the price of one and if I do a good job they keep them coming. I never thought about opening my own branch before, but with Lyncrest I can see myself recruiting 4-5 LO's and improving my golf game.

I am a happy, returning customer to ***! I was originally with them for about 6 months, in early 2021 and had an amazing experience. I more than tripled my investment in the first 90/120 days.I have been working at a shop recently that has internal departments doing dialing and marketing for me. That was actually a big selling point on the job interview, but its just not working out as well. I have decided to come back because of the automated system at Lyncrest which leverages me into 4 people! The staff of *** and the rest have always responded quickly to any issue and help me learn in the process. When people made their own appointments, yes... .made their OWN call appointments, they were serious and ready to talk to me. No more confused callers on a live transfer hanging up on me. Sales is all about how I preform, I get that, but your support system really matters. Lyncrest Media has been head and shoulders above everyone. So glad I got my winning team back!

is a scam, nothing exclusive about there leads. *** will immediately charge you between $4000 to $8000 right off the start. For the first month I received 10 leads ALL which were no shows. I contacted Lyncrest Media through, contact support because there is no number to call to help you, they dont want to talk to anyone for a reason. I complained that for a month, I paid for a service and have not received one lead that has picked up the phone. The very next day they charged me $4000 for no reason. I complained again why was I charged in the middle of the month for no reason we were still 2 weeks away from my next scheduled payment. Lyncrest Advised the were restructuring the payments so they will align correctly. So now if you wanted to cancel you already lost 2 payments and if you cancel you will have to pay a cancellation fee of $2000 on top of 2 payments. Please beware they make you sign a non-refundable contract and they break everything in the contract as long as they get their money.

Lyncrest Media was supposed to give us 75 booked appointments in 90 days for $12,000.00 (3 payments) starting on February 17th. They ain't been setting any appointments for weeks now, and all the appointments they did set were no show, which they said they'd replace. We've been trying to get in touch with them for weeks, but they ain't been responding. They already charged us $8000.00. Can someone please help us get our refund? Thanks.
