On 8/24/25 a lil after 9 pm I ordered 2 bowls and 4 burritos for my family/kids who just traveled multiple hours. We were staying in a hotel and needed to get food after a conference ended. I ordered through Uber eats from the location at 718 Ponce De Leon Ave NW Atlanta GA. The Uber driver delivered quickly w/ no issues. However three of 4 burritos and 2 bowls came with no chicken. Not only did they have no meat, it was missing half of the order. None had lettuce. All 6 meals were ordered with black beans but came w/ pinto. One bowl came with spicy chicken however my son does not eat spicy foods. I was so pissed and was disgusted. A burrito w no meat, barely any corn. I was so upset that not one but all orders were messed up. I tried calling the location the next day and AI customer rep hung up every time I called. I caught an Lyft to and from my hotel (15 minutes away) that night to inform the manager and he told me to contact UBER eats. I felt like workers think they can do/give anything and not have any cares of results. I had to inform him that Uber eats did not make all my burritos without meat. He finally said that he would only make four. The worker making the to go orders seemed to have an attitude and I asked her if that made sense to throw in what ever you wanted and no meat. None of my previous jobs allowed workers to be complacent with an untidy, unclean environment. The store was disgusting, no napkins, tables dirty with food and customer service was not there. And the manager did not care to make all orders correctly. I even showed him pics. He said to contact uber eats. I think that is greedy of a company to want your money but not have a way to contact a human in store or a corporate number. I even asked for lemons and the manager stated he only had lime juice. Later on he gave me two whole lines in hand uncut with only 4 bowls which still were not made correctly. Chipotle needs to teach customer service because that isn’t it.
