Chipotle Mexican Grill review: Customer service

Today 05/10/2025, I went in to the chipotle in saco, maine. I ordered a small chips, small queso and a small side of sour cream. They tried giving me a large queso I told them that wasn't what I ordered. Then they told me my order. Once they got me the correct size queso, they then proceeded to tell me my order total was $6.86. I asked if that amount was correct because the last few times, I had ordered the same thing, and my order total was lower.. Around $5.00. The cashier told me that she was charging me a dollar for sour cream, and I questioned that because usually the sour cream comes with the chips and queso for free, in my past visits. I frequent multiple chipotles in my area quite often. And also the sour cream comes with the chips in queso for free. After a minute and a 1/2 of the cashier, trying to remove the sour cream from my order. Total? She tried asking fellow co-workers for help. Nobody would help her. Finally, the manager came out from the back to instruct me that the order total was what it was. And that the sour cream did not come with the chips in queso for free. He went on to inform me that he has been there for 4 years. And the sour cream does not come with the chips in queso, since you started there for free. He then walked away from us, and she still was not able to change the order. Total? She tried getting help for another 30 seconds. And I decided I didn't want the food anymore, because I wasn't even able to pay at the end. Because the order total had gone off of the pay screen. I am not happy.
