Children's Place review: poor customer service

I went to this location being that it's closer to my work place to purchase clothing for my son. The manager is very rude and needs managerial & PR skills training along with her staff. I tried to ask for a specific size, nicely, and she responded disgruntle "what you see on the rack that's what we have" and just walked away. However, when I asked another young lady(Spanish speaker), she was very courteous and said "let me check if we have it in the back". She came back with the size I was looking for. I was in shock and didn't say anything. Another customer (African american)approached the manager the same way and she quickly obliged to attend her. That is unacceptable.
I provide customer service and work for a public institution, for more than 20yrs and I am manager. As a manager we are representing our organization and that particular young lady needs extensive training so she'll learn how not to be rude and learn how to adapt to different communities.
I really do not like to report anyone nor complain because in our working world it is difficult as it, however, she was very degrading in her customer service and moving forward she should be assessed.
