Children's Place review: Exchange policy

I purchased uniform skirts a month ago for my daughter and she already doesn't fit them. She's never worn them but tags were cut and receipt thrown away. The store was able to look up my purchase but couldn't make the exchange for a bigger size because a bar code had to be scanned. My order on the computer showed what I paid but I was told nothing could be done. I wasnt asking for a refund, just a simple exchange for a bigger size. That is horrible customer service in my opinion and I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
