Children's Place review: ana who claims to be the store manager

I recently moved to Newmarket and have visited Children's Place twice. Both times an employee who claims to be the manager with purple hair is always on her personal cell phone and unavailable to help customers. After arriving home today from visiting the store, I phoned the store and asked to speak to the manager. The employee who answered the phone pretended that she could not hear me at first. Then she said she'd get the manager. The same employee came on the phone and said ‘yeah'- not even ‘hello'. A manger should say ‘hello can I help you?' Politely. This employee is rude and on her personal cell phone. I would like to talk to an actual manager of the store. I'm currently calling head office to report this.
