I ordered a faux jacket from Chico's however, it did not fit me properly and the size below did not fit either. I took it to my local Chico's where they informed me I could not return it to that store because it was a "boutique item" The closest boutique store was just too far away. So I decided to use the return through the mail. I hadn't heard from them in over a week as to whether they had received the package back yet. So I called and they informed me it would be 3 weeks until they could credit the money back to my account. I think that's absolutely ridiculous. They took the money out immediately but they cited covid rules and regulations. I never even wore the jacket. I tried it on, took it off, put it back in the original packaging and mailed it back to them. I think that's absolutely ridiculous and I will never deal with them again. It's too hard to get a return through them. And there's zero communication from them unless you take it upon yourself to get in touch with them.
Recommendation: Buyer Beware... lots of rules and inconvenient returns.
