Hello the reason I had to come here to file a complaint against your employee is because, he has block my number, because everytime I call the phone automatic hangs up, I am a senior citizen, I never been talk to like that young talk to me, please get the recording and you will hear the way I was treated by him, I ask to speak with a supervisor, he just mark me, "yes you want to speak to a supervisor" this was a totally nightmare. This complaint will probaly never be address by chex systems, but I had to find a way to vent. As soon as my grandson come visit me I will put this complaint on every social media platform there is and them hear chex systems, employee customer service

Chex Systems is just the latest way banks are bullying consumers. I had a $20 charge off from a prior bank, when I moved to a new city, I could not open an account because of the charge off in Chex Systems. When I called Chex Systems they said I needed to call the bank, and when I called the bank, it literally took 3 weeks of trying and 12 hours on hold to get a person on the phone. Then, they said I need to mail a check to get the charge off lifted. In all, it took me nearly 2 months to resolve this and be able to open a bank account. This caused an immense amount of problems for me. If you're going to use a system that leads to people being unable to open a bank account, you need to make it easy to pay the amount. Otherwise, you're just unnecessarily bullying consumers and causing them harm that is completely unproportional to the amount owed. Get bent.

This Consumer reporting agency told U.S Bank that I owe a debt to one of my Credit Unions that I dont owe and as a result I could not open an account because this company ruined my credit history with their lies and deceit!
