Chemical Guys review: The tire kicking tire shine stay away

I was a big fan of many of their products, I read some great reviews on the tire kicking tire shine and used it. Well its a water soluble products how can you claim that its great and stays on for days. Well I can tell you within hours the shine was gone. The product is horrible stay away far away. I emailed them and basically was told I should use it the way it is instructed ... well duh of course I did your email systems stinks and your customer service is reprehensible.
