Cheapflyshop review: Flight booking

I booked a cheap flight with Cheap flights shop.
I booked a cheap flight with this company, which was on there web site. the flight didn't say it was a promotion.
I received a booking confirmation email which said my tickets would be issued within 48 hours.
I then started to receive many phone calls (8) trying to upsell me a flight as the flight I had booked was a promotion. This company then blocked of seats with other airlines that I was interested in and drove the price up. I told them they either issue my ticket's or give me a full refund. They gave me a refund and then when I checked on the airlines web page the prices had all gone back down to their original price. This company will try and scam don't allow them to.
