I have signed up for free trial with your company in 2020 and provided my AMEX account number as part of signup requirement. Your company continue to charge my AMEX account yearly $49.95. I have contacted your company numerous times in attempt to stop the charges and subscriptions. Your company failed to repond. My e-mails to your company were ignored and not answered
