Centrix International Corp a cheat reseller

I ordered a brand new wd tv live on Nov 30 but after a lot of calls, they shipped product on Dec 3. Finally I received a recertified product without box. I called them and they promised to send me an email to refund but I did not received anything until now. They are cheat and awful!

Bought bad device. Had to return for replacement. They refunded since no more product. Now still without product.
